You have the right to return Viveva Wellness within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This applies to all UK orders and is guaranteed under the Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Unopened: The bottle must be unopened and in its original, unused condition
• Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
• With Receipt: Return must include the original invoice or order confirmation
• Within 14 Days: Return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery

4. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping.

Return Address: We will provide you with a return address upon request. Do not send returns without first obtaining a return authorisation.

5. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

1. Inspect the product to confirm it meets return conditions
2. Verify the original invoice or order confirmation
3. Process your refund within 5-7 working days

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued by the original payment method (cash refund if paid by cash to the courier). For cash refunds, please provide bank details during the refund request, and we will arrange a bank transfer within 5-7 working days of approval.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened bottles or bottles with broken seals
• Products that show signs of use or consumption
• Items without original packaging or documentation
• Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery
• Items damaged by the customer (beyond normal shipping wear)

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will:

• Replace it free of charge
• Provide a prepaid return shipping label
• Dispatch a replacement within 1-2 working days

Please report defects or damage within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

9. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery when the package arrives, the order is considered cancelled. We will not charge you, and you are not obligated to pay. The package will be returned to us at no cost to you.
